One of Mickey Mouse’s favorite things about “Star Wars” Weekends is that he gets to dress in his Jedi best and join the galactic fun. Each year, Mickey seems to take on a different role in the official “Star Wars” Weekends logo. This year, his imagination takes him to the Forest Moon of Endor, where he is seen zipping away from scout troopers with Chip and Dale. Mickey’s wild speeder bike ride on this year’s artwork has historical significance, as 2013 marks the 30th anniversary of “Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi” — the film that featured the Battle of Endor.
Also announced are two VIP guest appearances: Ray Park and Warwick Davis! They will join the already confirmed celebrity hosts James Arnold Taylor and Ashley Eckstein. Click on the link above for appearance dates!

Catherine Taber (voice of Padme Amidala, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, voice of Vette in Star Wars: The Old Republic) will be attending Disney Star Wars Weekends 2012!
Catherine will be a celebrity guest the weekend of June 1-3, 2012 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando. Fans will have a chance to meet Catherine during daily autographs sessions, see her in the galactic daily motorcade for great photo opportunities, as well as, see her as a guest in the Behind The Force shows performed daily during Star Wars Weekends!

Ashley Eckstein and James Arnold Taylor – who provide the voices of Ahsoka Tano and Obi-Wan Kenobi, respectively, for the popular animated series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars – will join us for the duration of the 2012 event in their host roles.

Disney has announced the dates for Star Wars Weekends 2012!
We have confirmed dates to share today for next year’s Star Wars Weekends at Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park. The galactic fun begins on May 18 and will run through June 10. And of course the centerpiece of the experience will be our 3-D Star Tours – The Adventures Continue attraction that debuted this summer. Here are the weekends:
2012 Star Wars Weekend Dates:
- May 18-20
- May 25-27
- June 1-3
- June 8-10
